Returns
We offer 30-day returns. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us. Be sure to include your order number. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.
If your item is a pre-order, you have 30 days after you receive your item to start the return. Any defects need to be reported within 14 days after you receive your item. For all returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may charge up to a 50% restocking fee for items that have been worn, washed, missing tags, damaged, or smelling of cigarette smoke.
Request Return Label
To initiate the return, please contact us and provide you name and order number. You have the option to send yourself or request a return shipping label. Please note, if using our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refused Delivery - Any packages that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will be refunded less the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs.
We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
All Clearance, Sale, or Promo items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund.
Mystery items, blind box items, and flawed/as-is items are final sale.
All Blue Culture Tees exclusives are returnable for in-store credit only.
Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case.
Price adjustments can be done if the price of the item you purchased changes within 7 days of purchasing the item. Adjustments are in the form of in-store credit only.
International Shipping: Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, international shipments may experience unexpected delays. Canadian shipping typically arrives in 6-10 business days. Certain countries may charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer return shipping for international orders.
Any Holiday items that are returned after the holiday will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any AOP print items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note: Patterns will vary with all-over-print styles; no two pieces will look identical nor be an exact match to the one pictured online. If you are unhappy with the placement that you receive and would like to exchange the item, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping.
Lost/Missing Packages
Blue Culture Tees is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your tracking number is showing that your order has been delivered but you do not have your package, you will need to contact UPS or USPS directly and file a claim if needed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please save the invoice you received with your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed in 1-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer free exchanges only for clothing items that have been purchased at full price. For more information, please send us an email to customerservice@blueculturetees.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a egift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
