If your item is a preorder, you have 14 days after you receive your item to start the return. Any defects need to be reported within 14 days after you receive your item.
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund within the first 48 hours after being purchased. Any pre-orders canceled after the first 48 hours will be forin-store credit only. In-store credit will be in the form of a gift card and can be used for future purchases. If an order is being processed and prepared for shipment, unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled.

Blue Culture Tees is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your tracking number is showing that your order has been delivered but you do not have your package, you will need to contact UPS or USPS directly and file a claim if needed.
